When your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking link. Tracking details update again once the package reaches your local airport, there may be a delay before you see updates. Not seeing your tracking email? Check your spam or junk folder, it sometimes ends up there. Still nothing? No worries. Contact our customer team and we’ll look into it for you.
You’re advised to contact our customer support team to change or cancel your order before it’s processed. If you miss this grace period, don’t worry! We’re dedicated to providing excellent after-sales service. Please reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to offer the most suitable and efficient solution. If you’d like to change your order, you can place a new one to ensure the fastest delivery.
First, double-check the shipping address in your order details. Next, look around the area where the carrier might have left your package. Then, check your tracking link for any notice of an attempted delivery — or contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. If everything looks correct, give it a bit more time. Some carriers may mark packages as delivered shortly before they actually arrive. Thank you for your patience!
Once your order has been shipped, Saga Women is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, or if it has been lost in transit, please contact us — we’ll be happy to assist you.
At the end of the payment page, you’ll see a box where you can enter your discount code. After typing in the code, click “Apply” and your total will be updated automatically.
Product Information
You can find items by clicking the “Search” button in the upper right corner and entering keywords. You can also browse through the top menu to select a category or use the filters on each category page to narrow down your search.
A size chart link is available on every product page. Alternatively, you can share your current bra size and any fit concerns with us, and we’ll provide a personalized size recommendation.
All of our styles are available in a complete and inclusive range of sizes.
You can find detailed material information on each product page. Our products are made from skin-friendly and environmentally conscious materials that meet international production standards.
Avoid wearing your shapewear on two consecutive days. Hand wash it in cool water with a gentle detergent. Air drying is strongly recommended. With proper care, your shapewear will maintain its shape and last much longer.
Exchanges & Returns
Saga Women accepts returns within 30 days of the delivery date. There are no service fees, but please note that original shipping costs, duties, or other related fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a quality issue. Items must be in new, unused condition, free from stains, odors, or damage, and returned in their original packaging. All returned products will be inspected, and any items that do not meet our return requirements will not be accepted. Still have questions? We’re sorry you received a damaged item. Please email a photo of the damage and your order number to support@sagawomen.com as soon as possible, and we’ll help resolve it. Please note: items reported more than 30 days after delivery cannot be returned or refunded.
Your request will be processed once your return has arrived and been inspected at our warehouse. Return processing typically takes up to 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the refund transaction. If you haven’t received your refund after this period, please contact us — we’ll be happy to assist. Thank you for your patience!
At this time, refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used for your purchase. We’re unable to process refunds to a different account or card. Standard Delivery: 4–8 business days Please note: Shipping times do not include the standard 0–1 business day processing time before your order ships. During periods of high order volume or slower logistics (such as major sales events), some deliveries may experience delays. We appreciate your patience and are working hard to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.
Normally, we can only ship to the address provided when the order was originally placed. However, there’s a short window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your shipping details.
