Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 0–1 business days (Monday through Friday).
  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 11:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York) will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
  • No Shipping Days: Orders are not processed on weekends or federal holidays.

Delivery Time

  • Delivery Time: Once processed, orders are expected to arrive within 4 to 8 business days (Monday through Friday).
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4 to 9 business days, depending on your location in the United States

  • Lost Orders: If your order is lost in transit, please reach out to us immediately so we can investigate with the carrier.

Before the package is shipped, you can contact our customer service by email to change the address in time. If the package has been shipped, unfortunately, we cannot change the delivery address for you. However, we will try our best to coordinate with the delivery company, but we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed successfully. In this case, you may need to wait for the order to be delivered before returning or re-delivering.

Log in to your Saga Women account and go to the "My Orders" or "Track Order " page. Find the order you want to track and click on the order details. You will see the tracking number and the current status of the order. Click on the tracking number and you will be directed to the shipping company's tracking page to view the latest delivery progress.

You can use the tracking number in the shipping confirmation email to enter the number directly on the shipping company's official website to track the real-time location of your package and the estimated delivery date.

If your package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, please first check around your property and with neighbors. If you still cannot find it, contact the carrier directly for assistance.
